  • Review and evaluation of billing data (purchase orders and contracts) for accuracy
  • Work directly with customers on purchase orders and sales tax documentation
  • Review the SFDC opportunities prior to carrying out billing through Celigo
  • Assists in auditing/correcting PO errors prior to invoice submission
  • Work with Deal Desk on any pending, upcoming, and disputed deals
  • Escalation of disputes related to billing and deal desk functions
  • Maintenance of PO ticketing system and email inbox
  • Assist Deal Desk with opportunity review
  • Assist with special projects as needed YOUR PROFILE
  • 1-2 Years experience Billing/Deal Desk in a high-volume environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, self-starter in picking up new and complex systems
