People engagement and the role As Senior Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist you will be an integral part of a fast growing scale-up, making sure we find and build talented teams in sales, marketing, tech and more. Beyond reading resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews, you are a strategic and curious thinker who learns each hiring manager’s needs and understands the business objectives that drive those needs. As we are a young company, you will play an important role as we get to build and structure all people related assignments such as help keep track of benefits and payroll, extract people data and run analysis and reports and much more. You will report to our People Partner and work closely with hiring managers to coordinate and outline recruitment needs and activities. Furthermore, you will also collaborate with Marketing, to make sure that we keep strengthening our employer brand, which allows us to attract the best available talent to our company. Some of your responsibilities will be

  • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
  • Help create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas (sales, marketing, tech and more…)
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Support and help plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork Further you will play a key role in implementing tools and solutions to support the above. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong background in talent acquisition, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Furthermore, this role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments. In addition, the successful candidate must be exceptionally well-organized, as the position requires the candidate to have and report an overview of the recruiting status at all times. To succeed in this role you have
  • A minimum 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience on a global scale, within a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of developing targeted recruiting strategies to attract talent.
  • Proficient skills in managing applicant tracking system workflows and LinkedIn Recruiting
  • The ability to create
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • The ability to work with limited supervision and has built out new processes from scratch or adapted and progressed existing ones
