2. How is Funded.club different from traditional recruiters? why is it less expensive?

We also focus exclusively on startups, screening candidates carefully for startup DNA and culture fit. In this way, we've been able to deliver amazing candidate retention - 67% of our placed candidates work longer than 2 years with our startup customer.

3. What types of roles do you recruit for?

We work on all tech, product, marketing, operations, sales, GTM and leadership roles - across Europe, North America, and APAC.

4. Who are your customers or clients?

We have supported >400 happy startup customers. We work with funded startups and scale-ups, including those backed by Techstars, Y Combinator, Seedcamp, and other top accelerators and VCs.

5. How long does it take to make a hire?

On average, our customers make successful hires in 33 days from kick-off call to hire. We usually provide first qualified candidates within 7 days and a shortlist in 14 days.

6. Do you offer guarantees or replacements? Yes.

We offer a free of charge replacement for any hired candidate that does not start work and a low-cost replacement (45% of the original fee) for anyone that does not make it past 45 days of work. See full terms: https://funded.club/terms
